We charge a nominal visit/diagnosis fee of ₹199–₹299 which is waived if you proceed with the repair. This means if we fix your TV, the visit is FREE. You only pay for the actual repair. We’ll always give you a full quote before starting any work.
We repair all major brands including Samsung, Sony, LG, OnePlus, Xiaomi/Mi, TCL, Philips, Panasonic, Vu, Thomson, Motorola, Hisense, Kodak, Toshiba, Haier, Sharp, BPL and more. If your brand isn’t listed, call us — we likely repair it too!
All our repairs come with a 90-day service warranty. If the same problem recurs within 90 days of the repair, we will fix it again at no additional charge. This warranty covers both our labour and any parts replaced during the service.
We operate on a strict “No Fix = No Fee” policy. If we cannot repair your TV, you will NOT be charged for the repair. The only charge that may apply is the nominal visit fee, which is clearly communicated before the visit. We’ll also give you honest advice on whether repair or replacement makes more financial sense.
We use high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) compatible parts for all repairs. For premium TV brands, we recommend and use genuine parts wherever possible. We’ll always inform you about the parts being used and their quality before installation — the choice is always yours.

Complex repairs like panel replacement or chip-level motherboard work may take 24–48 hours if parts need to be sourced. We’ll always give you a time estimate upfront.
